Norfolk Popular Attractions

If you're looking to take a trip away from your caravan park, then take a look at some of the popular visitor attractions Norfolk has to offer.

Dinosaur Adventure Park

Located 9 miles away from Norwich, The Dinosaur Adventure Park is Norfolk's most popular day trip destination for families. There are plenty of fun filled activities to keep all the family occupied for the day. There's an educational element to place which is great for the kids, but the main idea of the park is for people to have a lot of fun, and maybe learn bit too.

Be sure to click on the website below, as they do offer vouchers and special deals - and also it's wise to check out opening times and facilities. You can also download a free booklet form the site containing loads of great ideas for days out in Norfolk. www.norfolktouristattractions.co.uk

Bewilderwood

Bewilderwood is another great day out for all the family. Full of adventure and wonder, the park is located in a huge forest of pine, fir, oak and sweet chestnut trees in an unspoilt part of Norfolk. Their is a network of tree houses and ropewalks (ariel walkways) through the trees - just think of 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here' without all those nasty creepy crawlies and celebrities.

The place is so magical that they couldn't help create their own book of myths about the Woods, and although there is wildlife at the park, Bewilderwood have invented some of their own creatures to help spark your kid's imagination. www.norfolktouristattractions.co.uk

Broadland Cycle Hire

Fancy cycling, but can't be bothered to take your own bike? Norfolk is flat, which means that unless you have a hankering for olympic training Norfolk is the perfect place for a meandering bike ride. As long as it is done safely, it's a great way to see the countryside, and you are getting exercise at the same time (but remember that sun cream).

Take a map with you and maybe a small picnic back-pack, or if that sound like too much hassle, there's plenty of lovely quaint places to eat dotted around the area. Be sure to visit the website below, as they offer exclusive cut price vouchers for cycle hire. www.norfolktouristattractions.co.uk

Banham Zoo

Banham Zoo is worth a visit, as it is in the country's top three Zoos list. Set in 35 acres of lovely gardens and parkland, the Zoo is home to nearly 1000 animals including tigers and other big cats. THere plenty of unique endangered species at the zoo as well as less exotic but more cuddly animals such as Shire Horses.

There are timetable feeding sessions accompanied by talks which are great fun for all the family, and there are picnic ares available if you fancy taking your own lunch. Be sure to check out the website link below, as it also has discount vouchers for entry to the Zoo. www.norfolktouristattractions.co.uk
