The lack of facilities at Old Leake Park is part of the attraction, as it is an escape from the 'noise' of modern life, and for some people that is what a holiday should be about - really getting away from it all.
There is a children's playground at the park, but the main point of Old Leake is that it is a tranquil haven from which to explore the beautiful countryside, and maybe visit Boston, and if you really do hanker for a dip in the sea it's only six miles away. This park is not for everyone, and if you do have children with you then you won't be able to 'farm them out' to a children's club, because there isn't one here.
