With a beautiful well-stocked fishing lake in the centre of the park and surrounded by mature woodland, Weeley Bridge truly is a beautiful location for your stay. The busy seaside resort of Clacton-on-Sea is just 10 minutes away from the park so you have the best of both worlds, the peace and quiet on the park and the bustling atmosphere when you take a trip to the beach.

On the park there is a heated outdoor pool where you can enjoy a leisurely swim or take part in the Water Resorts programme with activities such as snorkeling and the Miami Beach Surf Rescue classes. However, there is no indoor pool on-site but you do get free use of an indoor pool at a local park should you prefer to use this to the outdoor pool.

There is no shop on the park so you will need to bring any food you need with you or buy your supplies when you are out and about away from the park. Other facilities include Multi-Sports Courts and Sports Resorts programme, adventure playground, amusements arcade, launderette and Lakeside Tavern & Takeaway.

There is entertainment every night in the Lakeside Tavern which varies from shows put on by Sparky’s Krew to Karaoke, disco’s to live shows from visiting stars during Bank Holiday periods and peak weeks.

Weeley Bridge’s prime countryside location together with the fact that the seaside resorts of the Essex coast are just a short drive away makes this a perfect holiday venue. Enjoy the pier amusements and rides at Clacton-on-Sea or visit Colchester which is England’s oldest recorded town with its award winning zoo, its Castle, Tymperley’s Clock, East Anglian Railway, Hollytrees and Natural History Museums.
