Highfield Grange is one of the largest holiday parks in Clacton-on-Sea which is famous for its miles of golden sandy beaches, Victorian pier and, of course, seaside amusement arcades so it is an ideal base for a lively family holiday!
On the park at Highfield Grange there is a pool complex which includes heated indoor and outdoor pools with a 200ft water chute, Water Resorts programme which includes the chance to experience scuba diving in a pool environment, fun and games in the pool based around the use of floats and inflatable’s and you can even take part in the Miami Beach Surf Rescue classes which give you the chance to have a go on Jet Racers and body boards.
If you are not a water baby, don’t worry as there are still plenty of things you can do on the park. For the kids there is the Sparky’s Krew and The Mix clubs which have plenty of scheduled fun to be had throughout the day, Sparkle’s Activity Corner for the under 5’s, adventure playground, all-weather sports court and Sports Resorts programme. So much choice, it will be hard to decide what you want to do each day.
In the evenings make sure that you pop along to the Grange Entertainment Centre where you will be able to enjoy some live shows on offer from cabaret, comedy, big bands and tribute bands. Don’t forget to explore the local area too as there are plenty of places within easy reach that are well worth a visit.
Enjoy a great family day out at Colchester Zoo, visit Go Bananas in Colchester, one of the largest indoor adventure playgrounds, or just relax on the beach with a good book and watch the kids have sandcastle competitions or play in the sea. More caravan park holidays in Essex
