Cornwall - Penzance - River Valley Country Park

Peace and quiet, that’s pretty much all that the River Valley Country Park has to offer. No nightclubs, no pubs, no amusement arcades, just 18 acres of award winning parkland and well kept gardens. Sounds fantastic to me!

All the accommodation is of a very high standard. Some of the wooden lodges have there own private hot tubs, just the thing to relax after a busy day catching up on the latest John Grisham novel.

If you do find yourself suffering from a little cabin fever, you will find plenty of things to do in this part of Cornwall. For a start, there are countless beaches and coves to explore, you could book yourself on a diving or surfing course, or may be take a camel ride along the beach. If you fancy something a bit faster, you could ride a rollercoaster at Flambards Adventure Park. Lots of museums and National Trust properties to visit too.
